Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Director, Technical Program Management to play a critical role across all monetization Pinterest products, ensuring that we deliver our revenue goals while supporting our partners and ensuring users leverage Pinterest to make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

• Lead, grow and manage a team of experienced Technical Program Managers.
• Identify resource gaps and misaligned priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, product marketing, and sales.
• Drive yearly planning across M10n.
• Define and manage operating rhythms for the M10n team.
• Engage with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms and software development processes.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior executives.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
