Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6 - 7+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
• 2 - 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and project management tools.
• Experience in organizational policy development and compliance assurance.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage end-to-end global mobility cases.
• Knowledge of international immigration laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
