Global Mobility Lead - Remote

Overview

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. Affirm’s Global Mobility Team is responsible for building and scaling our Mobility programs to support the seamless movement of employees, both within Affirm to new roles internally and around the world. As Affirm expands internationally, we need an experienced Global Mobility Lead who will be an operational partner to build and scale our mobility programs for all Affirmers.

In Short

• Lead, manage and guide multiple projects concurrently to build scalable global mobility programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop seamless processes that support mobility needs.
• Develop reports and analytics to provide insights for business decisions.
• Establish and manage relationships with external mobility vendors.
• Create content and documentation for internal stakeholders and employees.
• Communicate proactively with partners to identify problems and deliver solutions.
• Document and review mobility and compliance processes regularly.
• Ensure privacy compliance and leverage tools for standardization.
• Act as the point of contact for all inbound mobility questions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Global Mobility experience.
• Experience in managing internal mobility initiatives.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Impeccable judgment and integrity.
• Empathetic and detailed communicator.
• Strong bias for action.
• People systems (HRIS) experience, particularly with WorkDay is a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. and/or international immigration processes is preferred.
• Passion for improving consumer credit products.
