Overview

The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations related to global mobility services for international assignments and transfers.

• Perform global mobility activities in coordination with tax and immigration providers.
• Support project cost estimates and tax calculations.
• Manage documents and maintain systems data.
• Assist in vendor management and invoice details.
• Prepare regional reports on mobility activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate assignment entitlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of global mobility processes.
• Experience in outsourcing or shared services preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
