Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multi-country Global Payroll.
• Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Strong client-facing experience supporting high-touch Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to analyze payslips and reconcile payroll data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using support tools like Zendesk and Google Sheets.
• Experience in interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
