Requirements

• At least 4 years of payroll experience, including 2+ years handling global payroll.
• Deep understanding of payroll laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience using payroll and ERP systems (e.g., ADP, NetSuite).
• A solutions-driven approach to troubleshooting payroll issues.
• A passion for streamlining operations and improving payroll workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively with HR and Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
