The EMEA Global Mobility and Immigration Manager is responsible for executing effective mobility administration and operations, ensuring a seamless expatriate experience through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee mobility operational activities in the EMEA region.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in global mobility services.
• Knowledge of assignee life cycle management.
• Understanding of tax, immigration, and expense management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with AssignmentPro is ideal.
• Associates degree or equivalent international assignment experience.
• Experience in culturally diverse teams.
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
