Overview

The opportunity: We are looking for a Sales Specialist in Central and Eastern Visayas who will be responsible for Sales of all Hitachi Energy Products and Services in accordance with Business Unit strategy.

In Short

  • Responsible for sales of products & services within electrical utility and industry market.
  • Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities, ensuring positive customer experience.
  • Prepare sales plans using company tools, including Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
  • Manage marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Prepare offers in coordination with bid and proposal department.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Promote safety and integrity in all actions.
  • Willing to travel to different sites in the Visayas Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience interacting with engineers and upper management.
  • Experience with channel partners is a benefit.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Action-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and local Cebuano Dialect.
  • Valid driver license required.
  • Teamwork oriented and attention to detail.
