The Global Mobility Manager leads our group global mobility function, ensuring that our programs are modern, efficient, employee-centric and cost-efficient —supporting business growth and enabling our international talent strategy.

In Short

  • Lead the Global Mobility team in delivering best-in-class services for international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment.
  • Design and implement global mobility strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent mobility.
  • Manage relationships with external partners including relocation vendors and immigration lawyers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees undergoing international transfers.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of global mobility policies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end mobility process including assignment planning and relocation logistics.
  • Drive consistency and equity in mobility offerings.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performing team of Global Mobility professionals.

Requirements

  • At least University level education.
  • Professional certification in Global Mobility or International HR is a plus.
  • Significant experience in HR functions, with at least 8 years in Global Mobility.
  • Proven experience in developing global mobility programs.
  • Strong leadership experience managing a global mobility team.
  • Deep understanding of international employment law and immigration regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing risks in international assignments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring a high-performing global mobility team.
