• Serve as the primary HR leader for senior leaders in a region.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute their talent strategy.
• Drive organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent reviews with focus on succession planning.
• Provide guidance on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive results in the organization.
• Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance.

• Drive strategic People programs at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar education HR degree/certification preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple areas of Human Resource Management.
• Relevant People Business Partner experience.
• Broad experience across HR domains including organizational design and talent management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence through data.
• Proven project management and execution skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously with sound judgment.
• Experience in a global team environment.
• Strong relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
