• Hands-on experience leading AI engineering or data science teams.
• Strong mathematical and coding background.
• Visible thought leadership in AI.
• Ability to bridge technical and strategic discussions.
• Domain expertise in Banking/Financial Services or TMT.
• Remote-first with a preference for East Coast candidates.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
