People Partner - Remote

Overview

As a People Partner at GT, you will act as a trusted advisor to both our contractors and clients, ensuring smooth people-related processes, fostering strong relationships, and aligning operations with our mission, vision, and values.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with contractors.
• Coordinate performance reviews to ensure clarity and fairness.
• Support salary review processes through data collection and analysis.
• Handle incoming requests and resolve people-related issues.
• Lead client onboarding and establish trust-based communication.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to address people-related needs.
• Manage and improve HR processes and policies.
• Assist with legal and travel documentation.
• Contribute to crisis management planning.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years in HR within IT, preferably as a People Partner.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High accountability and focus on results.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
• Coaching mindset or certification is a strong plus.
