Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Business Intelligence Analyst to advance our analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across our organization.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of Big Blue’s data environment and key business drivers.
• Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of dashboards and reports.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Establish best practices for dashboard development and data governance.
• Support training for business users in leveraging self-service BI tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in data analysis and BI/dashboard development.
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as Evidence, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience in cloud-based data ecosystems like Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related quantitative field.
