Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and AI-driven Data Analyst to join our team as part of the digital transformation of the company.

• This role focuses on generating actionable insights and powering data-informed decisions that personalize the experience of millions of loyalty members.
• You will work at the intersection of data, AI tools, and business strategy — translating complex data into clear recommendations and iterating closely with product and business stakeholders.
• You will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation frameworks, and AI-native tools (including LLM-based solutions) to accelerate insight generation, improve decision-making velocity, and maximize member engagement impact.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data exploration in digital environments.
• Understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, causal inference basics, KPI design).
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary digital product teams and interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments.
• Demonstrated, disruptive use of AI-native tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, copilots, automation tools) to increase analytical productivity and iteration speed.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable recommendations.
