Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to generate insights based on data that guide business and product decisions within the NDC ecosystem through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and advanced analytics.

In Short

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments and A/B tests to evaluate NDC initiatives.
• Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to understand customer behavior.
• Develop statistical and analytical models to measure impact and support business decisions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
• Work closely with Product, Revenue Management, and Analytics teams.
• Focus on the NDC line as a strategic pillar in commercial transformation.
• Utilize advanced analytical capabilities to assess performance and test hypotheses.
• Support decision-making in a high-volume, multi-market environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis and experimentation.
• Advanced SQL skills for data exploration and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reproducible workflows.
• Solid understanding of statistics and causal inference.
• Experience in cloud analytics environments (GCP).
• Experience analyzing digital products and conversion funnels is desirable.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
