Senior Java Developer - Chile and Colombia - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who will design, develop, operate, and scale robust and secure digital solutions that transform product vision and business needs into measurable impact for clients and the organization.

In Short

• Design, develop, and operate REST APIs with clear contracts and observability.
• Knowledge of LLMs and MCP implementation is a plus.
• Implement event-driven flows (Kafka/queues/pub-sub) for decoupled and resilient systems.
• Model and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (performance, integrity, migrations).
• Incorporate security from the design (Authorization/Authentication, secret management).
• Ensure operational reliability: resilience patterns, self-recovery, and SLOs.
• Elevate quality: automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Measure and improve with metrics, logs, and traces (preferably Grafana stack).
• Troubleshooting.
• Applied AI: improve, work on, and develop AI-powered functionalities when they add value.
