Overview

The Global Mobility Agent will assist in making the immigration and relocation processes as smooth as possible for talents relocating to Spain.

In Short

• Handle immigration and settle-in processes for talent relocating to Spain.
• Manage immigration-related procedures for employers hiring international talent.
• Prepare immigration documentation and attend necessary appointments.
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relocation processes and guidelines for Jobbatical in Spain.
• Participate in sales meetings/conferences as needed.

Requirements

• Law degree (Graduado en Derecho).
• No prior experience required; immigration law experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Tech savvy and detail-oriented.
• Ability to connect with foreign talent empathetically.
• Independent working style.
• Strong communication skills.
