Global Mobility Agent - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Global Mobility Agent to join our team. You will be the bridge between complex Spanish bureaucracy and a smooth "soft landing" for our clients. You don't need prior immigration experience—we will provide all the training you need. What you do need is a native-level command of Spanish and a deep understanding of what it’s like to live and navigate the system in Spain.

Jobbatical is using AI and automation to make the employee visa and relocation process faster and less expensive, so businesses can hire whoever they want, from wherever they want. Our team is on a mission to make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight. The best way to do that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy.

In Short

• Manage relocation cases within Spain from start to finish.
• Guide clients through administrative processes (NIE/TIE, empadronamiento).
• Assist with internal platform setup and contribute to technology improvements.
• Liaise with external partners and internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Share best practices on the Spanish administrative landscape.

Requirements

• Fluent, native Spanish (C2 level) is a must.
• Experience living in Spain with knowledge of its public administration.
• Self-starter with a remote mindset.
• Solution-oriented problem solver.
• Comfortable with modern platforms and AI tools.
• High empathy and strong communication skills.
