Pinterest is seeking a strategic and people-focused Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to deliver a best-in-class experience for our employees while expertly managing backend operations and driving critical initiatives across our global relocation and immigration programs.

In Short

• Lead and manage strategic mobility and immigration projects.
• Develop and improve policies, processes, and workflows.
• Own project work assignments within scope, cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Identify and analyze risks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with internal partners.
• Act as the primary contact for business leaders on mobility queries.
• Manage external partners to ensure service levels.
• Host training and present updates to stakeholders.
• Assess business and employee needs and make confident decisions.
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
• 2+ years in vendor management.
• Expertise in project and program management.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
• Operational and process-oriented mindset.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end global mobility cases.
• Knowledge of international immigration laws and compliance.
• Ability to develop dashboard reporting tools.
