Overview

As a Finance Manager I on the MC2 (Marketing) Finance team at Pinterest, you will partner with various teams to monitor business health and enable strategic business decisions.

In Short

• Lead the delivery of core OPEX and headcount forecasting.
• Partner with leaders to optimize resource allocation across marketing channels.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting and insights.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain financial models for growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills, with experience in financial dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated business partnering experience.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with planning/ERP tools.
