Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or marketing finance.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate marketing performance into financial insights.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with DTC-led premium beauty brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with P&L ownership and budget governance.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage agency contracts and media plans.
