Technical Program Management Lead - Remote

Overview

Cologix is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Technical Program Management Lead to drive excellence in service delivery for our customers. This role serves as the primary interface between the company and key customers during service delivery, ensuring that their needs are consistently met or exceeded throughout the service delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, always striving to improve processes and has exceptional communication and leadership skills.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact with the customer for specific deployments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver high-quality services.
• Lead end-to-end project management for customer service delivery.
• Ensure customer changes are assessed for cost and schedule impact.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and issues.
• Continuously monitor project performance and provide updates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and refine processes to optimize service delivery.
• Support and mentor junior project management staff.
• Travel required is expected to be between 10%-20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data center services and delivery processes.
• Exceptional customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in project management tools preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications preferred.
