• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing and nurturing the partner community.
• Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of partners.
• Curate and manage a community of engaged individuals and families.
• Work closely with data and product teams to track community health.
• Craft and lead communication efforts across community channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate community feedback.
• Identify opportunities to expand the community and improve retention.
• Organize and lead virtual or in-person community events.
• Serve as the advocate of the Panasonic Well community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in community management or partnership development.
• Proven experience managing diverse communities.
• Strong communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze engagement metrics.
• Experience in consumer insights or market research is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
