Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR advisory roles.
  • Qualifications in HR or related fields.
  • Experience managing employee exits with sensitivity and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR technologies (Notion, Slack, GSuite, Zendesk).
  • Business proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proactive in identifying process optimization opportunities.
