In Short

• Leads complex employee relations (ER) work including high-risk investigations and performance management.
• Serves as a trusted consultant to leadership, providing expert guidance on policy interpretation.
• Supports fair and consistent corrective action and termination processes.
• Partners on leave and accommodation-related ER cases.
• Builds ER capability through training and resources.
• Drives proactive ER strategy to improve workplace culture.
• Conducts thorough and confidential ER investigations.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in performance management.
• Identifies key trends and emerging risk areas across ER activity.
• Collaborates closely with various teams to support ER matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in ER.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and execution in ER.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading project or process improvement teams.
• Able to leverage data to inform and execute on projects.
