The Senior Director, Eligibility Excellence is accountable for driving access, performance, and revenue security through effective oversight of all eligibility related functions.

• Drives enterprise-wide enablement and training
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare eligibility
• Proven experience in regulated healthcare environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong command of federal and state Medicaid policy
• Willingness to work varied schedules
