Requirements

• Strong leadership and program management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Experience in implementing organizational change.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk assessment.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
