Overview

The Sr. Director, People Operations & Innovation leads core People Team functions including Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation — driving continuous improvement and service excellence.

• Lead People Operations and Innovation functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; HR or Analytics certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in Human Resources in Analytics, Tech or People Ops roles.
• 5+ years of successfully leading teams.
• Commitment to compliant People Operations function.
• Interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
• Skilled in building stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in budget and vendor management.
