• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Total Rewards programs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and People leaders for compliance and competitiveness.
• Manage compensation planning and equity strategy.
• Oversee employee benefits optimization and vendor management.
• Ensure a high-quality HRIS experience and data accuracy.
• Deliver strategic workforce insights using data analytics.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
• Manage and grow the Total Rewards team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Total Rewards or People Operations.
• Experience with private-to-public transitions preferred.
• Deep knowledge of compensation structures and equity design.
• Proven ability to build scalable, compliant processes.
• Fluency in HR technology and people analytics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with distributed employee populations.
