Senior Manager/Director of HR and People Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager or Director of HR and People Ops to help scale and evolve our People function at DeleteMe, a leader in proactive privacy protection.

In Short

• Lead development and execution of People Operations programs.
• Build and improve processes for a distributed, international workforce.
• Partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Manage and mentor a team to ensure quality support across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure an inclusive employee experience aligned with company values.
• Own key People systems and lead vendor selection.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on audits and compliance.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with people data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in People Operations or HR.
• Experience in a high-growth, distributed SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment practices.
• Experience leading HR/People teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
