Overview

As a Senior People Operations Manager at Solaris, you will play a pivotal role in aligning People Experience strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.

In Short

• Lead efforts to optimize processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and payroll.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee the management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data.
• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in people operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Industry experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of German labor laws and best practices in People Operations.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Personio, Excel, and other HR software tools.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
• Based in Berlin and able to commute to the office 2–3 days per week.
