Senior Manager, People Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of People Operations leads the day to day of HR Operations for ~250 employees globally, mainly in the United States and Philippines, in a remote first environment. This role owns the core HR System (Rippling), reporting, and plays a key role in compliance and payroll support.

In Short

• Oversees day-to-day people operations, including employee transactions, onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries.
• Manages HR System (Rippling) including setup, reporting, and security groups.
• Generates reports for senior management and oversees HR Dashboard.
• Consults business leaders on talent and compliance implications.
• Maintains employee documentation and ensures compliance with laws.
• Improves HR processes through simplification and automation.
• Acts as a thought leader in HR strategy.
• Leads projects related to key HR responsibilities.
• Acts as payroll backup.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong technical HR knowledge (compensation, employment laws, etc.).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of building strong working relationships.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent and pro-active.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS software, Rippling.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Competency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
