Overview

The Senior Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst will have extensive Salesforce expertise in analyzing current business workflows and requirements, journey mapping, and transforming them into technical requirements for development by Salesforce resources.

• Salesforce CRM: 5+ years
• Salesforce Service Cloud: 3+ years
• Business Process Analysis: 5+ years
