Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Strong understanding of QA processes and activities.
• Experience with business process analysis and design.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience with modeling tools for process and data.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certifications required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
• A continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt.
