• Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions.

• Work with databases including MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2.
• Proficient in programming languages like Core Java and Python.
• Intermediate experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Troubleshoot software incidents and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Assist in effort estimation for RFP responses.
• Participate in team events and meetings.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of IT experience with a focus on MDM.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM MDM Standard Edition.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data profiling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good team player with collaborative skills.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise MDM implementation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
