• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Optimize and scale business processes using Salesforce Core Clouds.

• Create and maintain documentation.
• Oversee UAT and post-deployment validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Act as a project coordinator for Salesforce-related projects.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements

• University degree (Business or engineering).
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, focusing on Core Clouds.
• Experience in Sales, Services, Experience Cloud, CPQ, RLM, and Marketing Clouds is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Sales Certified is a plus.
• Proactive approach to optimize Salesforce Strategy.
• Experience collaborating in an international setting.
• Analytical and technically focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
