• Analyze business requirements and technological capabilities to drive solution design.
• Capture customer stories and anticipate their business needs.
• Define and drive testing plans.
• Facilitate evaluation sessions for clients.
• Lead delivery of features for customers within larger projects.
• Develop project management skills to lead entire projects.

• Act as the contact point on customer interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• At least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications.
• Willingness to achieve additional certifications as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
