Overview

The Solution Architect at Thunder will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, helping clients optimize their marketing strategies and customer journeys.

In Short

• Lead overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution design and implementation.
• Guide client architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
• Provide expertise in marketing strategy and customer lifecycle management.
• Align clients’ data with marketing strategies for actionable insights.
• Support administrative tasks in Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with Sales for accurate technical estimates.
• Ensure success of on+offshore project delivery.
• Champion reusable architecture assets.
• Produce documentation for existing architecture solutions.
• Oversee implementation deliverables and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Ability to architect integrations with other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C clients.
• Consulting experience with Data Cloud and CRMA preferred.
• Knowledge of website/ecommerce personalization capabilities.
• Strong business processes and process improvement skills.
• Active Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud.
