Requirements

• 8-10+ years of consulting or delivery leadership experience in Manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and customer lifecycle.
• Experience at a Salesforce partner or industry-side leader preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project margins and drive successful delivery.
• Strong relationships with Salesforce teams and credibility in Manufacturing.
• Experience in building or scaling teams and mentoring talent.
• Ambition to grow into a Partner-level leadership role.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead in a remote, fast-paced environment.
