Thunder is seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Philippines delivery team, focusing on Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds.

In Short

  • Remote position based in the Philippines, with availability during US time zones.
  • Responsible for strategic engagements with clients in Salesforce.
  • Design and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct business process analysis and design.
  • Co-Project Lead on Accounts, overseeing a team of resources.
  • Resolve medium to high priority cases within specified SLAs.
  • Create visual flows and implement data models.
  • Provide end user support and handle configuration changes.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Encouraged to achieve multiple Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Salesforce consulting experience.
  • 1 year of Business Analyst experience related to Salesforce tasks.
  • 2 Active Salesforce Certifications required.
  • Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with critical thinking abilities.
  • Adept in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to achieve additional certifications.
  • Great work ethic and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
  • Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
