Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator at Employment Hero, you will be instrumental in shaping the day-to-day management of the Salesforce Platform and new CRM project initiatives within the Commercial Operations team.

In Short

• Work with the Commercial Operations team to manage the Salesforce Platform.
• Capture business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Collaborate on solution design and implementation.
• Lead QA and UAT for new projects.
• Project manage commercial operation initiatives.
• Maintain and improve Salesforce instances.
• Optimize automations for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot user issues with Salesforce.

Requirements

• 4+ years Salesforce Admin or consulting experience.
• Admin 201 Certified.
• Sales/Service Cloud/App Builder certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of declarative Automations.
• Experience with Salesforce integrated applications.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects autonomously.
