Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

A Senior Salesforce business analyst or consultant who can walk into any business context, document all the needed context, and independently execute and manage Salesforce configurations. This role is central to helping clients transform their Salesforce orgs, working at the forefront of implementing Agentforce for clients.

• Configuring Salesforce applications independently
• Managing system security with sharing rules, permission sets, and profiles
• Creating and maintaining Flows to automate business processes
• Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
• Expertise in Agentforce
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
• Salesforce AI Specialist Certification (Required)
• At least three additional Salesforce certifications
• Hands-on experience with 20+ Salesforce projects
• Strong proficiency in Flows and security configurations
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
