In Short

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
• Manage project timelines & stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
• Provide Salesforce system support, enhancements, and optimization for clients.
• Design and configure comprehensive Sales Cloud solutions.
• Implement Service Cloud solutions with case management and customer service workflows.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data model, & security framework.
• Track record of managing complex software implementation projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and creative approach to solving business challenges.
• Commitment to excellence in technical delivery & managing client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
• Understanding of business processes and their mapping to technical backlog.
• Experience with data migration and data quality management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
