Overview

This remote position is open to US-based professionals who are authorized to work without sponsorship. We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Global Team, responsible for leading client engagements, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and partnering with Delivery Leadership to achieve customer goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting and/or program management experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects.
• Strong business acumen and analytical curiosity.
• Experience working with global development teams.
• Comfort with driving executive-level conversations.
• Process flow optimization experience.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Passion for solving business problems with technology.
• Strong communication skills (oral, aural, and written).
