In Short

• Lead clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements.
• Conduct configuration, customization, and integration tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Education Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations in higher education.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications are desirable.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10% travel).
