Senior Salesforce Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements, user stories, and testing align with client expectations for Salesforce Implementation Projects and Managed Services accounts.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate client Discovery & Refinement sessions.
• Support all project phases: discovery, requirements gathering, user story definition, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
• Translate customer requirements into well-documented user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and track ROI against client goals.
• Document and manage user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint demos, gather client feedback, and refine backlog priorities.
• Assist in testing execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration and declarative build tasks.
• Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and training efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, professional consulting role.
• 5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years working with Agile methodology.
• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analysis Associate, or equivalent).
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud applications and software development best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (minimal) and work US Eastern Standard Time Hours.
