Overview

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for enabling high quality business solutions in an Agile context that deliver valued outcomes and enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions within Pepperstone.

In Short

• Work with Agile teams to deliver high quality business solutions.
• Engage with clients and vendors to identify and document requirements.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on requirements and proposed solutions.
• Consult with product managers to shape the product backlog.
• Collaborate with product managers and epic owners on business cases.
• Clarify epics and user stories for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support the uplift of Agile practices.
• Assist with planning demos and product/system testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and rituals.
• Create low or high-fidelity prototypes.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a product-driven environment.
• Ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment.
• Effective working independently and as part of a team.
• Functional and conceptual understanding of technology.
• Quick learning of new business domains and technical applications.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
