Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in an Engineering Manager role.
• Experience in Mobile Development (Kotlin, Swift, React Native).
• Proven capability to work with remote teams.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Github Actions).
• Solid grasp of software design patterns.
• Understanding of container orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Deep understanding of software development best practices.
