The Digital Marketing Executive will support Pepperstone's strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, and customer experience in the Australian markets, involving all facets of digital marketing.

• Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider Australian marketing team.
• Run paid search, display, native, video, and paid social campaigns.
• Grow YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content.
• Write copy for text ads, native ads, and social media.
• Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance.
• Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity.
• Review and optimize campaign landing pages.
• Assist with ad hoc department duties.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of marketing platforms: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, etc.
• Strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
