Digital Marketing Executive - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a Singapore-based firm specializing in immigration consultancy, corporate secretarial, tax, and accounting services. This role is remote but requires occasional travel to the Singapore office.

In Short

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies with defined goals, timelines, and KPIs.
• Create high-quality content for websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
• Conceptualize and produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign effectiveness.
• Track and analyze digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Set up tracking infrastructure with technical support.
• Collaborate with SEO agencies and other external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role or similar.
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms.
• Able to work independently and proactively improve marketing outreach.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore 1-2 days a week.
